3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Missing components
  • Different from the item you ordered

Please contact MODOFO 3C Customer Support within 48 hours after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

Step 2

Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.

Package the item securely using the original packaging whenever possible and ship it according to the provided instructions.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

MODOFO 3C Covers Return Shipping

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Missing components
  • Product malfunction covered under warranty

Customer Covers Return Shipping

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong product
  • No longer needed
  • Incorrect purchase decision

Shipping fees paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect products received

If you would like a different model or color, we recommend placing a new order after your original return has been approved.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.


9. Warranty vs. Returns

Our return policy covers issues shortly after delivery.

Product performance issues that occur after the return period may still be covered under the MODOFO 3C Warranty Policy, subject to warranty terms and conditions.
