Our goal is to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition and within the estimated delivery timeframe.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable addresses throughout the Philippines, including:

  • Metro Manila (NCR)
  • Luzon
  • Visayas
  • Mindanao

Deliveries to remote islands or areas with limited courier access may require additional transit time.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins once the order has been successfully verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched. These timeframes are consistent with common delivery expectations for nationwide Philippine e-commerce shipments, though actual delivery may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over ₱2,999.

Promotional free shipping campaigns may be available during selected events.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Courier tracking link

Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after shipment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

For eligible products and locations, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and complete payment upon delivery.

Certain remote areas may not support COD service.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs or transportation disruptions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Remote delivery locations

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to update your delivery information, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact MODOFO 3C Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our support team will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
